Could anyone tell me what would be the difference in prop load between an apc 14 4wide and an xoar 13 5. My engine will spin the xoar arond 12000 rpm and a 13 6 around 11400.Will the apc give me more thrust with adequate air speed on a 7lb aerobatic 3d type airplane.

If the RPM's were the same, the lower pitch prop would have more torque. More pitch will give you more speed. I think that the Xoar would be lighter, giving a faster spool-up. 3D props usually have a greater diameter and less pitch than a sport prop. But as most people would say, fly it and see how you like it. Even different Mfr props will give you different results. Hope this helps.

The 14x4w has a big reputation as a good prop for pulling. In the end, you do end up buying props and experimenting as so many factors have effect on the end result. Maybe 3d hovering is an easier flight mode to compare vs pattern type of pulling on up lines at varying airspeeds. There will be a lot of opinions on this, for sure.
