Hello,

I converted a single remote glow adapter to a dual for my saito 90ts but in order to get a glow I have to max out my panel to HOT. Even then it is a very low glow . Any suggestions prior to going out and buying a dual remote glow or an onboard glow? The engine is fully enclosed...

Shorten the cable as much as possible. Lots of line loss when amperage is high and voltage is low.

Is it possible you joined them in series instead of parallel? (no idea the hardware so if that's not possible, sorry)

Actually, if you are using an adjustable glow panel powered by a 12 volt battery, series connection is usually the best way to go. The panel is a current source looking to deliver that nominal 2.5 Amperes. If it sees two plugs in parallel, there will only be around 1.25 Amperes flowing in each plug.
The glow panel with it's 12 vdc input has adequate voltage headroom to provide the 2.5 Amperes and light both plugs when series conncted. Siimply wire one output lead to the left plug tip and the other output lead to the right plug tip. The engine ground completes the series connection.
