Hi,
Keeping engines submersed in airtight kerosine container for storage and then when needed, clean up the kerosine, apply after run oil and use. Would this be a good way to store engines? or would this damage the 2c and 4c engines?
Thanks

Not a good idea, unless you know exactly what's in the engine. If there are any neoprene or Buna seals in it the kero will attack them. And it will almost definitely dissolve some plastics. And anything made of natural rubber will be ruined.
Bill.
