I assume you have already removed the obvious including the carburator. Then put the engine in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. The liner will then slide right out of the top of the case leaving the piston dangling. Notice where the pin and ring gap align at about 4:00. Then you can "walk" the piston rearward at the wrist pin and off of the crank pin. Just reverse for assembly paying attention that pin in the ring groove and ring gap or alignment notch are aligned properly on piston so the orientation with the liner is returned.

Does anyone know if the supertiger 75 header for the incow muffler topflight (TOPQ7925 Exhaust Header SuperTigre .61-.90) will fit the supertiger g75. The one they call for is not available.
Thanks

On the G75 the muffler bolts go all the way through the exhaust stack of the engine (from the side opposite of the muffler) and through the muffler exhaust stack with a nut on the end.
On the S75 and S75K the muffler bolts go from the muffler side into threaded holes in the exhaust stack of the engine.
You should be able to use the other kind with a little effort.
Enjoy,
Jim
