Default what volt for starter??

Hey,

I was looking up the yank eliminator engine starter. Its not a starter box! its just a drill bit that goes where the pull starter was and it starts by the drill. I was wondering what volt drill you need? Is a 9.6v good enough?(5000-25000 rpm range)

Thanks

500 - 2500 RPM should be closer than the other numbers . Harbor freight has some very inexpensive cordless drills .
