Guy brought this engine to our mall show, we have no idea what it is. I thought some of you ol...........I mean "more experienced" modelers might know what it is, and whether it has value.

Its a Morton M5 later was called a Burgess. Dates from late 40's - very early 50's. As a viable model airplane engine it was more trouble than it was worth.

Complete with aluminum prop, in great condition, over $1000.00 not bad for a lousy running motor. Have seen a few of those run including 2 that were made from the complete drawings that they used to sell. They do run but are really tedious.Still a nice motor for anyones collection
