Default evolution engine repair

so i crashed my trainer and broke a fuel nipple and spraybar. i cleaned everything up, got a new nipple and spraybar and then took the parts off the old spraybar to put on the new one. in doing this, i now need to adjust the high speed needle valve. is there a certain amount i should open the needle or should i just start in small increments until the beast comes alive? anyone have to do this to their evolution?

Start with 2.5 turns out. I'm pretty sure that is where I started after I had to clean my carb out! Should be a good starting point!!
