Im about to remove the limiters on the crap engine to try to make it run does anyone know the factory settings so i can not set it that way coz it dont work if its so called factory broke in and set??

It's funny that I found your post. I just called Horizon this morning and asked the same question. The reply was, " We start at about 2 1/2 turns out. " This worked for me, and ended up being fairly rich. My real problem was the barb between the main jet and the low speed jet was loose. I didn't find it until I went to replace the lines, all of them. I got it to run fairly decently after that. Good luck.
