I've got an OS FS90 (pre-Surpass) that I stored about 10 years ago after about a dozen flights. It's a great engine, and I would like to get it back to running order.
I've tried to start it without any success. After taking it apart, it became clear that the cam assembly isn't operating the pushrods. I also noticed that the rocker arm assembly operates both valves at the same time, not independently. That just does'nt sound correct, but it's how the motor is functioning now. Does anyone know:
1. How to disassemble the cam assembly? An exploded view would sure be welcome.
2. If there's anyone out there who restores these motors?
3. What's the deal with the rocker arms?
Thanks,
PW

...then the cam is not the problem! My guess is that everything is sticking and gummed up!! ....work on that
