I've hooked my Enya 09 up with the correct fuel (double yellow), a 7x4 prop and mounted it on a wooden block. After priming it by turning the prop anti-clockwise 6 rotations with my finger on the air intake, then another couple with my finger off, I can get it to spin for about a second or so, but it's not getting going properly. I'm using an Enya No.3 glow plug which is working properly.
Any ideas how to get that tiny bit more out of the engine so it'll get going properly?
Thanks,

It sounds like you haven't got the needle valve opened far enough (it's only running out the prime) so open it another turn and try again. But first make sure there's nothing blocking the fuel line. Best way is to take the needle right out and blow fuel from the tank and out the open end of the needle valve. It should flow quite freely. With the battery connected it should keep running even very rich so as a starter I'd suggest opening it about 3 or 4 turns.
