Leo 46

My Feedback: (16)
The LEO 46, Mecoa 46 (some of them), and the MegaTech 46 are all one and the same. They are all LEO's. They are a pretty good engine. They are patterned after the OS 46SF. They run about like it does too. The engines are a couple hundred rpm shy of the OS46FX. They start and transition good. They last a long time etc. You can get $20 off on one from MECOA by trading in your old worn out engine on it. Also you can get pretty good prices and delivery from www.justengines.unseen.org . Their hottest engine is the LEO 37. With the 40 carb in it, it will out do the OS 32SX. See the Just Engines site.

I have sold a lot of the Leo Engines wirth only one complaint, and that was on a .61 engine. I now carry the MegaTech Engines which is a Leo engine, MegaTech brought them out. I have used the .46 and the Hot .37 in the Leo, great running and lots of power. I have two Leo .37 engines left in stock, I have no performance items for these engines.

I have two Leo's a screamin 25 on a combat plane, and a 46 which was on a stick till it developed an air leak. The air leak was the fault of the stupid remote needle valve ( I hate em). I replaced it with a Thunder Tiger pro 46 and it is more reliable, but does not seem to have as much rpm as the Leo. My 25 Leo is a dream, More rpm and power than a O.S. or T.T. 25 ( I have both and have tried them on the same combat plane ). They are not as pretty as a O.S. or T.T. because of Metalurgy, but they do the job well.
