I have an os .61 abc that ran like a clock,not anymore.I put it on my funtana for 3d but can't trust it at all .Seems to sputter after running at near idle for awhile.I don;t have the manual and was wondering what factory settings were.Any ideas would be appreciated.I am using 10% fuel ,new glow plugs,tried different fuels"other members".It starts fine but sputters after running fora short time then dies.

I have the manual for OS 61 FSR ABC at home and will post settings when I get home this afternoon.

Thanks "rayb ".Actually took the engine apart and may have found the culprit.The inside liner or pinton wall seems to be coated with a silver material.The material seems to be chipping away for some reason,kinda like peeling paint.Looks like it may be finished.Like to know for sure though.

The instructions I have are for the OS 7M type carb.
High speed needle out 2 1/2 to 3 turns
Mid-range control screw out 2 turns counter-clockwise
Idle mixture control screw at midway between full lean and full rich.
Hope your engine is just out of adjustment and not damaged.
