Default engine throttle delay

Hi,

Over the past few flight iI have noticed my planes engine (evolution trainer .45) has a throttle delay. For example when I am at idle spped and i push it all the way to max it takes a few second for it to reach it. you can slowly hear it make it's way to the top. my fuel, fuel line, is all good. what could be the problem?
