Has anyone anything good or bad to say about the Evolution brand of engines. I am considering the new .61NT version they have come out with.

Can't remember which one but I believe it was fhhuber or southern-touch 99 who commented on the Evolution series. As I remember the remarks were complimentary. Contact one of the two gentlemen and ask if I got it right.

It wasnt me. My only experience with one was with a used one and it didnt have enough power to lift a trainer off of the ground. I put a LA .40 in there and it pulled the trainer around fine. I called Horizon and they said, and I quote "Oh, you got one of those". They sent another one and its fine and dandy (we use it in our club trainer). If you purchase one I would do so from horizon b/c obviously from their remarks they had some bad ones in the bunch.
