I am installing a 120 Magnum four stroke inverted in a scale Cub and I need to turn the header 90 Deg. at the head and point the muffler down and back out the bottom of the cowling there is not very much room and a short turn is needed. I have not found anything like this offered by any one. Has any one else solved this problem or found such a header for sale.
Any help would be appreciated.

I took the elbow that comes with the engine and cut it in two and purchased a 3/8 copper 90 degree el and silver soldered the two pieces of manifold into each end, screwed them together and had a 90 degree manifold. this was for a 91 so you might need to adjust the sizes to suit. This was for an inverted installion with exhaust coming out the bottom of the cowle the same as you are doing I think.

Go to www.pspec.com They have about the same headers as Xup shows on the web page he mentions. Look under 4stroke mufflers. Seen them at Toledo this year, very good product.
