Default MVVS .15

I bought a MVVS .15 GFS/R ABC w/a mini tuned silencer for a 1/4 midget pylon racer.

If you have experience with this engine can you tell me what kind of performance you have obtained from it and what was the best fuel, propeller combo?

Thanks,
Pat

played around with one a while back: [link]http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_1634271/anchors_1634271/mpage_1/key_first%252Cmvvs/anchor/tm.htm#1634271[/link]

the rpm figures in that thread are without reworking the head button. i'm also not really happy with the way i ported it and have since obtained a new cylinder/piston/rod set (MVVS parts are cheap!!) and will try again as soon as i get the time.

even with the modified porting the engine is a real puttytat.

Dave,

Thanks for the information.

I'm hoping with this plane and engine combo, I'll at least see 120 mph using an APC 6.5x6.5 @ 20,000 rpm.
