Default Tower Hobbies .75

Does anyone know if there is an exaust header, like the ones that Top Flite makes for in-cowl muflers, is avalable for the Tower Hobbies .75? Also Would the engine fit inside the cowl of a Top Flite .60 Corsair? Finnaly, any comments on the engine, good, bad? Thanx.

Im not sure about the muffler. I would be glad to measure the mounting holes for you. I have one that was on my 4 star 60. It runs great. I broke it in according to the instruction and never had any problems at all. It seems to have a lot more power than the OS 61fx

Thanks I'd really appreciate that, hopefuly the exaust header for the .61FX or the ST .75 wil work for it.

As I recall, the Tower .61 & .75 have a muffler that bolts on from the muffler side, while OS and ST use the bolt-through style. I think GMS mufflers fit so if you find a header for GMS, it would fit. Mac's Products makes most of the headers. Check here to see if they have headers for Towers. HI

After a lot of contemplating i place an order and finaly got my engine today,in general i got a posative feed back about this engine, just two things, first it needs to be broken in properly cause its they say is very tight and secondley make sure tighten or locktight the exhaust bolts,on tower hobbies web site goto the TH 75 page and at the bottom they have an option for a bisson muffler...

One question on my part, if you already got yours did it look shiney and new cause mine looks like as if its been cleaned up while the muffler looks b new...
