I'm planning on making a muffler (pitts) for a Sper Tigre 90.
I have plenty of .028 wall roughly 1.75" dia. aluminum tube available.
Will this be to thin? If so what size should I get?

Any help on figuring the exhaust pipe size, or size of the muffler would be great.
