I just got an O.S. 160 twin and my standard reamer is too small for the large prop nut that came with the engine.....any suggestions?

go to home depot and get a step drill it will do a very straight and clean job

Bennett built (B&B hobbies) sells drill bits with a 1/4" pilot.
