Hey Gang,
What brand size props are you running on your GMS .76's? I'm thinking of starting with an APC 13x6.
The recommended 12x6 for sport seems way small...
Tach numbers would be nice as well if you got 'em!

Warren, I am running the Tower Hobbies version of this engine, with an APC 12x8. A 13x6 or 13x7 would also work well. I have not bothered to tach the engine since the performance is fine as is. It is in a Gt. Planes Giles 202, the 60 size.

I also fly the Tower-75 and I used anywhere from a 10x10 on a propjet to a 13x7 or 8 Zinger wood- 12x6 IS small for the 76 sounds like a 61 sized prop there... I dunno what yur flyin' but if you are doing any 3D you might try a 14x4 also-

Warren, the APC 13x6 is a good place to start for this engine. It should pull around 11 to 11.5K with this prop. A 12x8 is also good if you need a little more speed than a 13x6 will afford.

Good morning,
Forgive me for this post, it´s not about the subjet you were talking about.
I´ve just joined the forum, and looking for some aircraft information (airfield, shops, etc) at Phoenis Az and found out Azcat59.
Azcat59, could you please send me any information to my email address?
Thanks all of you!!
