I just want to ask u: I noticed, that there is oilcoming from my front ball bearing, on the magnum 91 rfs engine. is this normal? the amount is not big, but it's coming. and when I tested my engine cranckcase on hermeting, it accured that fron bearing is leaking. I just want to know, if it's normal for this engine.
and I'm almost shure that baring's musn't have deadzone. I mean when they are hot, they come loose and the shaft is shaking for alittle. it's shaking too little, but i know this is critical.
do ineed to conact hobbypeople for warranty?
thanks

If you are getting a bit of oil out the front, that could be a good thing.
How else can the bearing be lubed ? Keep in mine, the four stroke
doesn't have the pressurized crankcase like the two stroke. It has
to live on the small amount of oil in the blow-by from the rings. That
small amount of oil has to lube the main bearings, the cam and followers
and the rocker arms and shafts.
Oil is good.

Having some leakage past the front bearing is not a bad thing. If the vent gets plugged thats the only place for the oil to escape. I had an OS91 and used a long tube to vent that crankase oil mess. It worked great all summer, then I flew on a very cold day and found oil drooling off the engine from the front bearing. The castor got cold in the long vent line and congealed.

the oil come from the front bearing of my 70 surpass and its not a problem, if the front bearing look good just run it
A lot of 4 strokes engines leak a bit from the front bearing OS Saito Magnum all of them they dont need to keep the pressure in the crankcase but for YS engines its another thing...........
