From OS:

....Suggested Prop(s): 9x6, 9x7, 10x4, or 10x6

I'd go with a 10-6 and see what happens.

thank you, Dave. I have a 10/6 and I'm headed for the garage right now to try it out. do you think I should set this bird up with an elevator and ailerons. or would a flaperon set-up work best?

Speaking from Saito .30 experience I agree. MY Saito .30 was on a heavier Sig LT .25 with a nose gear, I alternated between a 10x5 and a 10x6 depending on the grass length where I was flying at the time. I used Graupners in both cases. Those nice wide blades really work well with fourstrokes.

On a small winspan like that, I think I would go with flaperons....

....it's gonna be real touchy either way. Set your alighnment as good as
you can by eyeball....and keep the throws small. That thing will be a handfull
till you get it trimmed out. If you have expotential....set it at 40% negative at first.

Thanks, Hobbsy....looks like we're on the same page....[sm=thumbup.gif]

....and I think "elevons" is the correct term.

Dave, do you think he get up elevator using Flaperon instead of Elevon? I don't think my radio would give you that on Flaperon. Although I never tried it.

Eric....take what you learn from this one, and build a bigger and better one
to put the 40 into. [sm=thumbup.gif]

Hi!
10x6 is too big prop! 10x5 is the size to used for the OS Fs .26 using 5-10% nitro.
Regards!
