I have a Kavan 50cc 4 cycle engine. What glow plug should be used in this engine. Idle bar or no idle bar? Short or long plug? Or is it a special length? Thanks Capt,n PS... I thought there was a website???

http://www.mecoa.com/kavan/manual.htm

Here is an online owners manual. I did not see any information about the spark plugs.

An OS type "F" plug should work just fine in the Kavan....

John:

The Kavan designs are now owned and marketed by MECoA/RJL/K&B - Randy Linsalato has it all on the MECoA web site.

Thanks Guys for the data. I was thinking of trying the OS type f plug. That K&B 4 cycle plug looks good also. The engine was not purchased new...so I do not know what plugs should be in it. It seems to start good except on a very cool day??? I only have about 40 min on it. I ran it till it got up to temp....about 3-5 mi per run. Regards Capt.n

OS "F" or Fox Miracle plug should work like a charm.
