Can anyone tell me the difference between "fz" and "nc" models in YS four strokes please

Basiclly, its the idle adjustment. The NC's idle adjustment was with the regulator-- only. The only needle valve was for high speed adjustment. The FZ has an actual adjustment for idle to allow a better setting.
