I'm running an AeroWorks Edge 27% on a 2.1 MOKI engine, and after a few minutes, the engine just turned off......the misture was perfect and the engine full off power, in the ground i notice that the engine is overheated, i'm using the original openings in the cowl, and a big one in the botton......
What can i do to have a better ventilation or run the engine cooler?

I think before anybody can answer, things such as Prop make/size and fuel (nitro content) is vital information. Have you added extra head shims, are there problems with fuel delivery, what max rpm do you get static?

I'm using Omega 10% with a 22X6 wood Zinger Prop with a True Turn Spinner.
The temperature today was about 36 Celsius Degrees
I don't know the rpm
What it means head shims?

Moki's were not madev to run on nitro. Here less is better. Find a 5% Moki blend and use this. Also check all fuel lines and be sure they are large diameter! also check the tank for this and if you have to, drill out the clunk.
I had this same problem on my 1.8. Completely different engine once this was done.
Also you should have twice the output air volume as input with your cowl otherwise you will get a airlock in side the cowl and cause overheating like you said!
