Spelling is secondary....modeling is first and formost

Can you apply some high temp silicon where they meet and then tighten the bolt. I had an OS who would always loose the back half - and now it doesn't

I have an Evo 1.00 as well as a Tower 46 with the same problem. I fixed the Tower using Hi Temp Locktite. It fixed the problem for sure. But I cant get it back apart to turn the outlet. The Evo, I fixed with Hi temp silicone. That is working well, but I have not tried to take that one back apart yet

I have two Evo 1.00nx's and both had the problem .. I fixed mine with a small sheet metal screw ... just drill a small hole where the half's meet ...make sure that you tighten the muffler well before you do or you will see a lot of black rub oil.

I have also seen this happen on the Evo .46 as well.

Here is a handy tool that I use that will install to you web browser and check your spelling
