Default Saito question

I recently purchased my first 4 stroke engine. I bought it used and do not have the manual for it. I did download the manual from the saito website but cannot find the answere to my question. Anyway here goes. Do Saito's normally have "vent nipple" in the back of the crankcase? I don't know if that makes sense or not but mine has the nipples for the carb, and muffler but I am not sure what the crankcase nipple is for. Any help would be nice thanks.

The crankcase nipple is to vent excess oil overboard.

Just put a short piece of hose on it out the bottom of the fuse.

The crankcase nipple is just a vent.Put a piece of fuel tubing over it and hang it out the bottom of the plane.Excess oil will be coming out the vent.

It's a bad thing if you plug it up.

Thanks for the info. I would not have known what to do. I thought maybe it was for smoke oil pressure or something.
