I have a fuji BT-50SA gas engine and it has an Automatic Timing Module run ignition. It has a metal plug sticking out of it but no wires or switch, how do i get one and what do I use. Do i need a battery or is it a magneto run engine? Thanks

The metal spade is what you wire your kill switch to. If the switch is open the engine will run. If the switch is closed. the engine will not run. The other side of the kill switch connects to the metal of the crankcase.
The engine has magneto ignition and does not require a battery to run. It will run on it's own without anything connected to the ignition. If you connect the spade to the engine block electrically, the ignition will not work.
Enjoy,
Jim

The Fuji's have magneto ignition
I asume this is the connector you are referring to:
http://www.fujiengines.com/images/fjiginseta-2.jpg
If I recall, when this terminal is grounded to the engine case, the ignition is off (no spark).
If the terminal is left disconnected, the ignition is ON
I looked at the manual on the fuji website. No mention of the ignition connection.

Go to Rodio Shack. Get a slide switch, not a toggle switch. Get wire there too. Mount it as far forward as possible. Toggle switch will fall apart from vibration eventually.

Thanks a lot guys, i have one more question though, how do i connect the wire to the ignition box. There is a single piece of metal sticking out of it, do i put both the neg. and pos. wire ends on it or do i ground one to the engine and put one on the metal connection, thats something i really need to know, and thanks again
