It's not the fuel, because it's a fresh tank and I haven't touched any of the needle settings. So I guess it must be the plug. That surprises me because I've only had the buggy for a few weeks, maybe I'm running too rich and fouled the plug??

If your Glow Plug is good and your fuel is good the other possibility is the battery on your glow driver has enough power to start the engine but does not have enough power to actually light the glow plug. I just experineced this with a flier at our club. I did not believe but proved before giving up and saying yep low batter in the igniter.
