Open the valve about 1.5 turns. Start the engine and set the idle speed you want. Pinch the fuel line and wait. If the engine keeps running for a LONG time, the low end is too rich. If it dies almost immediately, it's too lean. CAUTION: This will not work for a Super Tigre. If you have an ST, write again and I'll give you the procedure for that.
