Could someone please help me find a piston and ring for
my OS 40 SR yes it's a SR it''s a great engine i just hate to
scrap it.

It's easy to find a ring. This guy can make you one. If you send him the engine, he can probably salvedge your piston too? Ask?

OK, Jim.
But there was some thread here, where the asker did try the first E-dress and got no reply, but did get one from the second E-dress.
The important thing is that the ring will somehow be obtained from Frank, even through the phone.

No problem, If the wrong E-mail address is used, it should bounce back? Then the poster can use the other address.
I talked to Frank last year this time on two different occasions using the address I posted.
I remember all the confusion it caused back 3 years ago when he changed and no one's E mails were answered. Someone finally called and asked. Then it was posted as .com rather than .net and caused more consternation.
