I just got a Perry Pump vp 20 to mount on my Saito 125. I am mounting motor inverted and was wondering can you mount the pump on the fiber motor mount i am using or does it have to be mounted on the rear of the engine. I have seen mounted also on the firewall , just wondering , instrucitions only show mounting it on the rear engine crankcase area.

They need to be mounted crossways to the direction of flight. Most people put them on the lower rear backplate bolts.
