exaust timing on os91vrdf ?header length?
hi all, im trying to work out the header length for my os91vrdf and macs 1190 tuned pipe with ramtec fan
has anyone used this combo? any help would be apreciated. i used to have a program to calculate pipe length if you know exaust timing and target rpms.
thanks greg

RE: exaust timing on os91vrdf ?header length?
Hi Greg,
exhaust timing is 172 degrees.
For an in-flight rpm of 23K set the #1190 pipe at 30 cm, measured from glowplug to mid of the pipe belly.

thanks great info , you say 30cm from plug to middle of the belly, just to clarify does that mean half way between the divergent and convergent cone where the sides are parallel?
thanks greg
