Pls Help Identify Engine

Can anyone identify this enging manufacturer? It is about a 60 size, I got it at a yard sale and have no other information on it. Can someone please provide me with some more details. Manufacturer, good bad, reliable worth how much?

That is a type "S" Bluehead engine.
...no sorry i dont know of any manufactures other than SuperTigre or Satio what the S could stand for.
Whatever it is it looks good, seems to have lots of porting going on with all the raised passages that you see on the cylinder block.
I'll keep posting stupid answers to help keep the thread on top till someone can win the prize. Just kidding, they will kick me out for that.

It resembles a Skyward engine, but I wouldn't bet money on it.
Yes, it does have a Super Tigre carb. The head shape is wrong for an Super Tigre S.40. The block doesn't look like a Super Tigre either. I "think" the Skywards were built by Picco for a while.

Tooks like a Skyward engines with a ST carb swap-out. Skywards were not considered very good engines, which may aco**** for the carb swap.
