Default engine/plane/prop compatability

I would like some input regarding the prop size for a Saito 130 twin four cycle mounted on a Proctor Antic Biplane. I've previously had a enya .90 which gave great performance, but was a little light and required about 10 ounces of lead to achieve proper CG. Thought the four cycle twin would give a great sound to the low slow flying biplane, I don't think the airframe was ever stress for acrobatic flight so havn't tried any daring maneuver. Would like a well loaded sound, and a low high end rpm, Mfg suggests 13X10: 14X8:15X6, I think a little steeper, ie 15X10 would be better, any ideas or just try them on for effect, Thanks[8D]
