Default Need Moki S-15 6.5cc Paperwork

This is a long discontinued motor but I was wondering if anyone had the original paperwork still. Thanks.

Jet, I have a Moki .51rc and a .61 LongStroke, let me see if the .61 instructions would happen to include the .40 info also.

That would be fantastic. I bought this motor used, not even knowing anything about Moki, but after stripping it down and looking at its machining and design its quite a motor. I tried to get parts for it but Mr. Moki the US dealer says "Good Luck". LOL. I would like to have this paperwork so I can find part numbers in case they come up on the bidding table.

It does need a new carb barrel. The spray bar is damaged in the venturi opening, and theres no plug on the end to stop the fuel from traveling straight through to it, instead of going through its "Webra" type richening V groove. I suppose I can make another out of brass tubing but havent any idea what the opening size is. I dont know if they necked down the tip of it any, but if they didnt...I'm sure I can measure the ID of the tubing and go from there.

It was told to me there was only a half-gallon of fuel run through it but I think synthetic was used. There was quite a bit of skirt wear for such a small amount of running in, but there was some carbon traces to the piston and head...so maybe it was a syn/castor blend. The drum rotor was spotless.

The case was mineral stained pretty bad, so I decided to paint the cases with Duplicolor High-Heat and baked it like the directions. I ordered new bearings for it also (stainless/ceramic), putting in new O-Rings, and changed everything over to stainless fasteners. I am really looking forward to running this motor!

It also might pay to wrap a bit of teflon tape and make a slit over the fuel passage before the idle adjustment cap is put on. Seems to me the clearances would allow flooding and not a very accurate setting. Has anyone else with a Moki discovered this, or has had carb trouble? Seems the previous owner did, hence the damage to the spray bar.

Anyways, I included a couple pics of where its sitting right now....still waiting on bearings. I am pretty impressed with this engine and sorry to see Moki not having any parts available for it. The last two pics are from an auction listing for the larger 1.6 I believe, but sure look like the same parts but told they wont work. You can see the mixture control on it that I mentioned. I seriously worry about how well this arrangement works due to what seems a large clearance fit.

Would anyone know what type of oil to run in this? Its a single ring engine, and I have replaced the bearings with ceramic style. It has gobs of compression still. Also what kind of plug? Is this a nitro motor or was it designed for no-nito?
