Can anyone tell me the difference between a Slimline and a Bison Pitts style muffler? TIA...

They look somewhat alike but are made by different companies.

Some people prefer one over the other but the distribution is about even.

Yep, I have to agree with Jim.

I usually opt for the one with the largest volume cannister, if I have a choice. The quality of both brands has been excellent for me.

Thanks, they look so similar I wasn't sure if there was a difference.

The only difference here in Australia is the price, the Slimline is about $50.00 dearer, on average.
