Does anyone know of an egine selection software program out there that will predict the capabilities of an airplane? I have motocalc for selecting electric motors and props and find it very helpful. Is there an IC equivalent?
Thanks

No,
But you can program an electric motor with extremely low internal resistance and very low I0, at 200 rpm/Volt. Call this motor IC-engine. also program battery cells with very low weight and very low internal resistance. Call these cells fuel-tank.
you can play around with this engine and cells to get rpm and propeller loads, combined with plane data.
