Anyone know where I may find plug drivers (Not on-board) for 5 plugs?

A "power panel".....hooked to a 12V gel-cell, or wet
M/C battery should power up all 5 set at about 3/4
amp. You'll have to look at one plug removed, and
held against the engine....to see if it is really hot.
You will have to adjust the amperage on the power
panel accordingly to light 'em up.
