Hi, I am upgrading my Raptor 30 V2 to a 50 V2. I am planning on putting the O.S. 50 Hyper in it and was wondering what the best muffler to squeeze the most power out of this puppy would be. The CY muscle pipe? http://helihobby.com/html/pipes_mufflers.html .

Or any other that you guys would recommend.

MP2 powerful but needs to be run at high rpm, 2000 on the Raptor, a bit loud as well.

Hatori SB50, smoother at different rpm ranges and the same power as the MP2 and its quieter, its also pricey.

Either one are great but a stock muffler is fine unless you are looking for that last bit of power and want to run a metal head, 2000 rpm head speed and 30 percent fuel.

Does it come with a muffler? I know my plane engines usually do but I wasnt sure for helis.

The engine does not come with a muffler, some kits do like the Raptor.

I've also just bought one O.S 50 hyper. I have 3 different fuels, Wildcat 15/15, Wildcat 15/18 and Wildcat CY 30/23. Any recommendations what's best for breaking in? How many tanks before setting the needles to max performance?

I'd run the CY, set to two turns and a few clicks and go from there. Keep the backplate warm but not hot, as the ring seats you will notice it running cooler with a given needle setting, thats time to lean a couple clicks.
