Default Cut Off Switch

Just got my new ZENOAH G38 (First Gas Engine) and can not figure out how to install the cut-off switch. There are no provisions for plugging in the lead off the magneto. Do I need to cut the small black wire coming out of the magneto?

Thanks for the help!!!!

DONT cut any wires-connect a wire to the coil-to one side of on off switch and the other side of the switch to a ground on the engine. THAT'S IT --- Doubleloop

Doubleloop has got it figured. You just short out the coil and make it ineffective. But make sure to keep the switch up front close to the engine. Don't locate it back in the cabin, or near radio components.
