It's alive!!
My 2.2 HP MDS Rusky made engine is finally breathing on it's own. I need to set mixtures and such but its a start. I notice iot's dying on transition, and 1 turn counter clockwise is no good for low speed /transition. It would not even start like that. I'lltry my 10 % fuel and hot #8 glow plug again and work on her when I get some suggestions on how to make this engine run like a T-72 tank

RE: It's alive!!
The MDS's I have don't need much Nitro. They're happy with 5% or even none.
They don't need much change of the low speed needle to make a world of difference between good and bad transition (1/16th of a turn at a time).
Check the Carb mounting o'ring.
