Default where to get a con rod for a max-S .35 R/C ?

I know it is a long shot finding a new part for this old engine. I would just throw this engine in the spare parts bin or use it as a paper weight, except the rest of the engine is in pretty good condition. The rod is pretty worn at the wrist pin and crankpin ends, it about .003" to .004" out of round at both ends. A replacement would extend the life of this engine for many years.
Any ideas? If I were to have a rod made, what would be the best material to make it from? 7075, or 6061 maybe?, The original has no bronze bushings.

Thanks, Mike

I did a search and there was a post saying he was no longer making rods. I'll email frank now and see if that is still the case.

Are you sure it's out of round? That is very close to the factory spec. for many engines.

That's out of round, not pin clearance. I used a mitutoyo digital caliper to measure, it's not perfect for measuring small holes, but close enough. You can really feel there is excessive slop in the rod when you rock the crank back and forth with the piston @TDC. I'm sure if I were to run it this way, there would be alot of clicking noises from the engine. The piston to sleeve and crankshaft fit are good to go.
