Great service from 'EnyaOnline'
Hi everyone,
Just thought I would post regarding my experiences with the new Enya shop online.
I had an Enya R155 that had dropped a bearing in the timing case and pumped metal through most of the moving parts front and back.The Australian distributors wouldn't help me under warranty so I took the opportunity to follow up with the manufacturers...I'm really glad I did as they were extremely helpful and replaced all the gear necessary(and there was a lot of it!) at no cost to me.Mr Ken Enya is the man to email regarding any problems you may be having and he will always respond promptly...he even went to the trouble of bench running the motor for me and emailing me the results-fuel ratios,prop sizes and engine RPM details.First rate service with a passion!
The prices for parts are also a lot cheaper than any Aussie distributor would be able to supply...I got the special muffler with all accessories for about $55 AUD! I know where I'll be shopping from now on.
