Three-bladed prop question
I am thinking that the 36x18 is centimeters, but I see what you are saying. 36x18 in inches would be 14.2x7.1; an equivalent two bladed prop would be ~15x8. Since I an thinking about using this prop on a 120, it should be about right.

Three-bladed prop question
Because you will have less swept area, you will have a little less thrust.
The main advantage is that the prop will generate less noise, because the tip speed will be lower.

3-blade props
3 blade props also offer the obvious advantage of better ground clearance.
Another advantage that some old pattern flyers would use is when you pull the throttle out the big 3 bladed fan in front acts as an air break. Good way to slow down when you are on the down-vertical of a square loop.
An at least in the Alpha trainer, the three bladed prop is used to slow the airplane down for landing, almost like air breaks!
You do loose some top end performance as the chopped up air from one blade is closer to next blade.
but hey, who is running one-bladed props? That is the most efficient prop you can run (for high speed props anyway)
