Don't expect high RPM. Use a big bat.

Is it an Eagle I? (looks nothing like the newer/current Eagles) IF it's a conventional looking engine, it's probably the original baffel motor. Likes 10% but would probably run on perfume and valvoline. Likes a 12X6 prop and a Fox long idlebar plug.
