If you do a search on this website for engine break in you'll get a ton of info. This subject has been asked about 3-4 times a week since RCU's inception.

Default This is per the late George Aldrich...he forgot more than most of us will EVER know!

Using APC props...First...put a 10x6 prop on it, get it started and bring it up to 12.5K FAST, shut it down, let it cool a bit. Then put a 9x6 on it...get it started and bring it up to 16.5K and hold that for two minutes...shut it down...let it cool overnight (or a LONG time). Proceed to an 11x5 prop and run it just slightly leaner than the rich-lean break adjustment for three or four full 8 oz. tankfulls at full throttle...yea, ALL of the above is "on the bench". After that, put it on a plane and fly it...it will only keep getting better...as long as you maintain proper needle settings and give it the proper amount/type of lube.

The rest is history!

...ENJOY!
