Default US41 problems

I bought a US 41 that had a lot of vibration at full throttle. I sent the engine back and it was looking at a long time to get the crank, flywheel and prop hub to fix it so a "new" engine showed up at my door. I'm very pissed at them for doing this because my aluminum muffler and linkages didn't make it back with the "new" engine and the "new" engine is definitely NOT new. Anyway, I'm a push over and I tore the engine down and I have .003" runout on the prop hub and 0.000" runout on the crank so I'm happy with that, I made new linkages and a replacement muffler is on it's way from them.

****BUT ***** I went to check balance on the flywheel and I need to add 5 grams of weight at the magnet area, or remove 5grams oppositte the magnets, to balance it. First question is the flywheel is supposed to be zero balanced right? It's not supposed to be heavy on one side to make up for the rod or something right? Second, there are small holes behind the magnet I could fill with solder to balance it or is it better to drill holes opposite the magnet to balance it..........Also how much runout at the prop hub is too much?

Thanks for your help.........
