I just bought a enya 35 for my heli. Well it is ringed and I have not encountered such a monster as of yet. Well where do I start? Should I just throw a prop on her mount her in a stand and break her in as normal, normal is a os 46 FX. Is rich the key? Please help as I have no idea where to start.
Thanks

If your instructions are specific on running in a ringed engine then use them. Otherwise definitely don't run it in as per an OS 46FX!!
As a general rule a ringed engine has to be run slobbering rich for at least the first tank, as rich as you can make it and still keep running. After the first tank you can begin to lean it a little at a time (but still 4 stroking rich). It may take an hour of rich running before it's on the way to being run in but it's worth it to do it right. Think of it like a brand new car, you don't get in them and drive them flat out from the show room
