Default Best Engine for Right Flyer 40T

I'm in the middle of building my Right Flyer 40T and I have not purchased an engine as of yet. I was interested in some feedback on which engine to use with this plane. I've read about the Magnum and the OS brand engines and I am not sure which is better. I'm looking for reliability and power as well as cost. I want to stay under $100.

This is my first plane and I want to make sure my first flight experience is a good one.

Thanks
Patrick

The Magnum .46 XLS will do the job nicely, and won't
break the bank.

You might also consider the Thunder Tiger .46Pro? It's 76.99 and I think a better performer than the Magnum...Better than a lot of O.S. 46FX's I've seen.

Your welcome Patrick....the .40 will work, but for a few
extra dollars....you already have the engine for your
second plane....

Dave.

I believe the T.T. is currently unavailable.

I'm having a hard time locating one so far. I'm probably going to go with the Magnum, it's in my price range and I've read some good things about it since I sent my post.

Thanks

Your welcome Pat...You know, I had to wait 5 weeks for my TT .91 four stroke...Dave, you recon the boat they came in on is kinda slow? (there's a joke there somewhere)

Hi!
Why not get a MVVS? Tjeck made dual ballbearing ABC engines at a moderat price.

Regards!
